Jake has arrived!!

I am an Aunt . . . I cannot believe it at all!! It is very surreal, and it will not become real until I finally get to hold the little man (one week and counting)!! Praise the Lord that both Lizzie and Jake are doing great and everything went well.

I was offshore when I found out the news. I had worked 24 hours straight on April 7th and after much needed sleep on the 8th I called home from the platform and asked if Jake had come yet . . . to my surprise and joy he had early in the morning on the 7th (Jacob Emerson - 8 lbs 6 oz)!!
